INGREDIENTS
- 4–5 medium potatoes (sliced or cubed)
- 1 cup cooked chili (beef or chicken or vegetarian)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
INSTRUCTION
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Boil potatoes for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender (not fully soft).
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chili, paprika, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well.
- Layer potatoes in a baking dish.
- Pour chili mixture over potatoes evenly.
- Add milk or cream for extra creaminess.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
