Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dry Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Additional:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in the mashed bananas.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
