Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (14 oz) graham crackers
- Additional strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers, starting with another layer of graham crackers, followed by the cream cheese mixture and then strawberries. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the crackers to soften.
- Before serving, garnish with additional fresh strawberries on top. Slice and serve chilled.
