- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pack mini graham crackers, crushed (optional)
- Sprinkles or chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk until it begins to thicken, about 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, around 3-4 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined and smooth.
- If desired, fold in crushed graham crackers for an added crunch.
- Spoon the pudding mixture into small silicone molds or serving cups, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
- Once frozen, carefully pop the pudding out of the molds or cups.
- Garnish with sprinkles or chocolate shavings if desired before serving.
