Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water

Instructions
- In a small glass or bowl, add the chia seeds and warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until the chia seeds swell.
- Add in honey, lemon juice, ground turmeric, and black pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
- Take two spoons of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.
