Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana (adds creaminess)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 3/4 cup coconut water or orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, mango, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water (or orange juice) into a blender.
- If using, add ice and sweetener of choice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed by adding more honey or liquid.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry or mango slice if desired, and enjoy immediately!
