Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana (adds creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, mango, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water (or orange juice) into a blender.
  2. If using, add ice and sweetener of choice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed by adding more honey or liquid.
  5. Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry or mango slice if desired, and enjoy immediately!
