Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes Recipe

This easy recipe delivers tender potatoes with a flavorful oniony twist. Perfect for a busy weeknight or a cozy weekend meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds baby red potatoes, halved
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, onion, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, chicken broth, and butter.  
  2. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Season: Stir gently, season with salt and pepper to taste.
