INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (or any topping of choice)
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a bundt pan or baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into small bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss the dough pieces in the butter mixture until well coated.
- Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, then gently mix.
- Layer the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
