INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or any topping of choice)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a bundt pan or baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Toss the dough pieces in the butter mixture until well coated.
