Pineapple Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Pineapple slices and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple chunks to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the pineapple puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional, but recommended for a smoother drink).
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Add cold water and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Add ice cubes and stir again.
