Instructions
- Add the pineapple chunks to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the pineapple puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional, but recommended for a smoother drink).
- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add cold water and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Add ice cubes and stir again.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves if desired.
