- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (10 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine Pineapple and Pudding: In a large bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix is completely dissolved.
- Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and airy.
