Pineapple Fluff Dessert Recipe

A light, creamy, and refreshing dessert perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a sweet treat on a warm day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained  
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix  
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed  
  • 1 (10 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Pineapple and Pudding: In a large bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix is completely dissolved.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and airy.
  3. Add Marshmallows: Fold in the miniature marshmallows.
  4. Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, fold in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
  5. Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or until chilled and set.  
  6. Serve: Spoon the pineapple fluff into individual serving dishes and enjoy!
