Pineapple Fluff Dessert Recipe

This light and refreshing Pineapple Fluff Dessert is a classic potluck favorite, perfect for summer gatherings or any occasion where you need a quick and easy sweet treat. It’s a creamy, fruity, and slightly tangy dessert with a delightful airy texture, thanks to the whipped topping and marshmallows.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Pineapple and Pudding: In a large bowl, pour the undrained crushed pineapple. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until well combined.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Add Marshmallows: Fold in the miniature marshmallows, distributing them throughout the mixture.
  4. Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, fold in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
  5. Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set. This allows the flavors to meld and the dessert to thicken.
  6. Serve: Spoon the Pineapple Fluff Dessert into individual serving dishes and enjoy!
