- 4 large potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced potatoes and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potato and onion mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet. For crispier results, make sure they aren’t crowded on the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the oven and optionally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
- Serve hot as a side dish and enjoy your crispy, flavorful oven-fried potatoes and onions!
