Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Optional: 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the orange Jell-O and boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir to cool it down.
- Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 15–20 minutes, or until it starts to thicken slightly but is not fully set.
- Fold in the whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
- Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and crushed pineapple (if using).
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
