- There is no need for applicants who have already applied for these posts to reapply in response to IPL No. 5254 dated 08-07-2023.
- On the other hand, before the closing date, they can submit an updated CV for free to the Registrar’s Office.
- The prescribed application form is available for download at https://www.mcut.edu.pk. For positions of professor, associate professor, assistant professor, and lecturer, candidates must submit their completed applications on the prescribed form in triplicate (03) and in duplicate (02) for non-teaching positions, along with copies of their supporting documentation, CNICs, and passport photos.
- The application must also include the original bank deposit slip or challan, which was paid in full to the Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan, account number 0106790285101 (Habib Bank Limited, Main Branch, Dera Ghazi Khan). The application processing fee is Rs. 3000 for posts BPS-17 and above and Rs. 1000 for posts BPS-1 through 16.
- Employees should apply through the appropriate channels or present a letter of recommendation from their employer. Candidates are asked to write the name of the position they are applying for clearly in the upper right corner of the envelope.
- If an applicant is applying for more than one post, they must use separate envelopes and pay a separate application processing fee. Age reduction will be permitted in accordance with the rules .
- The candidates will not be eligible for TA/DA. Applications sent by courier or registered mail will be taken into consideration. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
- Applications that are complete in every way must be delivered to the Registrar’s office by 11/12/2023 at the latest, during business hours.
- Applications that are incomplete, unsigned, not in the required format, or that are received after the deadline will not be accepted, even if they were posted prior to the deadline.
- The website and university notice board will both list eligible and ineligible candidates. Only qualified and shortlisted applicants will receive phone or email invitations to interviews.
- Without providing a reason, the University retains the right to withdraw from or leave any vacancy unfilled.
