- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 8–10 plain tea biscuits or graham crackers (optional base layer)
- Cocoa powder or crushed cookies (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Fold just until incorporated for a light, airy texture.
- Optional: Line the bottom of a small dish or dessert cups with crushed tea biscuits or graham crackers.
- Spoon the creamy mixture over the base or directly into serving cups.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour for best texture (or enjoy immediately if you can’t wait!).
- Dust with cocoa powder or top with crushed cookies before serving.
