Mediterranean Cucumber and Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, diced
  • 3 large tomatoes, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
