Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
