Instructions
- Prepare Basil Seeds: Soak the basil seeds in ½ cup water for 10–15 minutes until they swell up and become gelatinous. Set aside.
- Brew Tea: Pour hot water over the lemon balm leaves (or tea bag) in a teapot or jar. Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain & Sweeten: Strain the tea into a jug. Stir in honey or maple syrup while warm. Add lemon juice if desired.
