- 1 cup fresh fruit, chopped (e.g. strawberries, kiwi, mango, banana, or blueberries)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk and cornstarch until fully dissolved.
- Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency (about 3–5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, if using.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls or glasses.
- Top generously with chopped fresh fruit.
- Serve warm or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes if you prefer it chilled.
Optional: Sprinkle with nuts, shredded coconut, or granola for extra texture.
