Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 cups water (per serving)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or a few drops of stevia for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
  3. Grate the ginger.
  4. Add the cucumber, lemon slices, grated ginger, and mint leaves into a large jug or pitcher.
  5. Pour in the water and stir well.
  6. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours (overnight is best) to allow the flavors to blend.
  7. Pour yourself 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup before bedtime for 7 days.
  8. For best results, drink it fresh daily and pair with light meals and regular movement.
