Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 lemon
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cups water (per serving)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or a few drops of stevia for sweetness
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
- Grate the ginger.
- Add the cucumber, lemon slices, grated ginger, and mint leaves into a large jug or pitcher.
- Pour in the water and stir well.
- Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours (overnight is best) to allow the flavors to blend.
- Pour yourself 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup before bedtime for 7 days.
- For best results, drink it fresh daily and pair with light meals and regular movement.
