Ingredients
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed 🍋
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tsp grated ginger (fresh is best)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste) 🍯
- 2 cups warm water
Instructions
- In a mug or pitcher, combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Pour in the warm water and stir well.
- Add honey if desired, and stir again.
- Drink 1 cup first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and another cup before dinner.
- Repeat daily for 7 days.
⚠️ Tips:
- Always use warm (not hot) water to preserve the nutrients.
- Drink through a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
- If you have stomach sensitivity, reduce the vinegar or ginger quantity.
