Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed 🍋
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (fresh is best)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste) 🍯
  • 2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. In a mug or pitcher, combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
  2. Pour in the warm water and stir well.
  3. Add honey if desired, and stir again.
  4. Drink 1 cup first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and another cup before dinner.
  5. Repeat daily for 7 days.
