INGREDIENTS
- 1 large red onion (anti-inflammatory & antibacterial)
- 1 bulb of garlic (natural antibiotic)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (clears sinuses & reduces coughing)
- 2 lemons (rich in vitamin C)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (soothes throat & fights infection)
- 2 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Add all three to a small saucepan with the water.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a cup.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir in the raw honey.
- Drink warm, once or twice daily—especially during cold or flu season.
🌿 Tip: Best taken on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed for stronger effect.
