INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large red onion (anti-inflammatory & antibacterial)
  • 1 bulb of garlic (natural antibiotic)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.

  5. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir in the raw honey.
