Ingredients:

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Make the Dough:
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, vegetable oil, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Quickly whisk in the flour and baking powder until a smooth dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Transfer the dough to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
- Fry the Churros:
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe the dough into the hot oil, cutting the churros into desired lengths.
- Fry the churros until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Remove the churros from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Coat with Sugar-Cinnamon:
- While the churros are still warm, combine the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Roll the churros in the sugar-cinnamon mixture to coat.
- Serve:
- Serve the churros immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as chocolate sauce or caramel sauce.
