Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice (grated and squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (for moisturizing and antibacterial benefits)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (for brightening and exfoliating)
- 1 tablespoon yogurt or aloe vera gel (for soothing and hydration – choose based on your skin type)
Instructions
- Prepare Ginger Juice:
Peel and grate a small piece of fresh ginger. Squeeze out the juice using a strainer or clean cloth. - Mix the Mask:
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of ginger juice with the honey, lemon juice, and yogurt (or aloe vera). Stir well until it forms a smooth paste. - Apply to Face:
Cleanse your face and pat dry. Using clean fingers or a brush, apply the mixture evenly over your face, avoiding the eyes. - Leave On:
Let the mask sit for 10–15 minutes. A slight tingling sensation is normal due to the active ingredients. - Rinse Off:
Wash off with lukewarm water. Follow with a light moisturizer.
Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
