Frozen Lemons Say ‘Goodbye!’ to Diabetes, Tumors, and Obesity

Ingredients

  • 3–5 organic lemons (washed thoroughly)
  • 1 airtight freezer-safe container or zip-top bag

Instructions

  1. Wash & Dry: Rinse the lemons thoroughly under cool water. Scrub the skins well to remove any dirt or wax. Pat dry completely.
  2. Freeze Whole: Place the whole lemons into a freezer-safe container or zip-lock bag. Seal tightly and freeze overnight or until solid.
  3. Grate & Use: When ready to use, take out a frozen lemon and grate it (peel, pulp, seeds, and all) using a fine grater or zester.
  4. Sprinkle It: Add the grated lemon to smoothies, tea, salads, yogurt, oatmeal, soups, baked goods, or even on top of fish and chicken for a zesty health boost.
  5. Store Leftovers: Store any unused grated lemon in a small sealed container in the freezer for later use.

Benefits:

  • May help regulate blood sugar levels
  • Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C
  • Lemon peel contains d-limonene, known for anti-tumor properties
  • Helps boost metabolism and reduce fat storage

🍋 Tip: Always use organic lemons to avoid pesticides, especially since the peel is consumed.
