Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Breading Stations:
- In one shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a second bowl, whisk eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the egg wash.
- Press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring a full coating.
- Fry the Chicken:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Make the Dipping Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix all dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
