Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a flat round shape.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil.
- Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with butter, dips, or as a sandwich wrap.
