- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually stir in the flour until a soft dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently flatten each ball with the back of a fork.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy with a warm cup of tea!
