Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until fully combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Optional: Add a pinch of salt or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
