Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread:
    • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

  2. Assemble the sandwich:
    • Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
    • Layer on one slice of mozzarella cheese, followed by the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, and the second slice of mozzarella.
