Chicken Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, shredded cheese, and frozen vegetables.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange them on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
