INGREDENT
- 1 baguette or Italian bread loaf
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: red chili flakes for spice
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Slice the Bread: Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread the Mixture: Evenly spread the garlic butter over the bread halves.
- Add the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the buttered bread.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Broil (Optional) for 1–2 minutes to get a golden cheesy top.
- Slice & Serve: Cut into pieces and enjoy warm!
