Cheesy Garlic Bread recipe

INGREDENT

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread loaf
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: red chili flakes for spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Slice the Bread: Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the Mixture: Evenly spread the garlic butter over the bread halves.
  5. Add the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the buttered bread.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Broil (Optional) for 1–2 minutes to get a golden cheesy top.
  8. Slice & Serve: Cut into pieces and enjoy warm!
