Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as flaky buttermilk biscuits)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend of your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños or green chili peppers (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters and spread them evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
