- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as flaky buttermilk biscuits)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend of your choice)
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños or green chili peppers (adjust to taste)

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters and spread them evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add Sausage & Veggies: Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the biscuit pieces. Then add the diced green and red peppers, onions, and jalapeños over the top.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over everything.
- Mix Custard: In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour Custard: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuit, cheese, and pepper topping.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for about 30-35 minutes, or until the custard is set, and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve warm.
