Ingredients:

For the mashed potatoes:

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For the topping:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the beef: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
