Caramel Pecan Fudge recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it into the fudge using a toothpick or knife.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining pecans over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
