Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and half of the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it into the fudge using a toothpick or knife.
- Sprinkle the remaining pecans over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
