Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour and salt, then mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a Dutch oven, place it inside to heat.
  5. Transfer dough to a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
