- 1 cup (240 ml) warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter

- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Add the warm water and oil, and mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead lightly: Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Shape: Shape the dough into a round or place it into a lightly greased loaf pan.
- Quick rise: Cover with a clean towel and let it rest in a warm place for about 5 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Cool: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm with butter!
