Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for cooking if pan-frying)
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in warm water and olive oil. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide and Shape: Divide dough into 4-6 equal parts and shape into flat discs or small rounds, depending on preference.

Tips:
- Add herbs or garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sea salt on top after cooking for a tasty finish.
