Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter (or oil), and egg until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
