- Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten with a rolling pin into a round flatbread about ¼ inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly brush with a little oil or butter.
- Place one flatbread in the skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining dough. Keep the cooked breads warm in a clean towel.
