Ingredients
- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup olive oil (or coconut oil)
- Optional: 5 drops of eucalyptus or peppermint essential oil (for extra soothing effect)
Instructions
- Crush the bay leaves slightly to release their natural oils.
- Combine them with the olive oil in a clean glass jar.
- Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 7–10 days to allow the oil to infuse.
- After infusing, strain out the bay leaves, keeping just the oil.
- Gently massage a small amount of the oil onto sore or stiff joints 1–2 times a day.
- For best results, wrap the area with a warm cloth after applying the oil to help it absorb deeply.
Tip: Stay consistent for at least a week—you might be surprised how your joints start to feel lighter and more flexible!
