Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and scatter them over the pie filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
