Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and scatter them over the pie filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
