- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or a sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen strawberries in a food processor or blender.
- Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or sweetener), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt if using.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the processor occasionally.
- Once fully blended, transfer the mixture to a bowl and place it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Serve and enjoy a guilt-free, creamy strawberry treat!
Optional: You can top with extra fresh strawberries or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
