📝 INGREDIENTS
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp homemade ghee (melted)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder (optional, for bread texture)
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat whites until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, ghee, salt, and vinegar.
- Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- Add baking powder and psyllium husk. Mix lightly.
- Spoon batter into bread shapes on the tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
