Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep it light and airy.
- In a serving glass or small bowl, layer crushed biscuits at the bottom.
- Spoon the lemon mixture on top of the biscuit layer.
- Add another thin layer of crushed biscuits and a final layer of lemon cream.
- Garnish with lemon zest, fresh berries, or mint if desired.
- Chill for 5–10 minutes or serve immediately for a creamy, tangy treat!
