Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons plain full-fat yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon honey (raw, if possible)
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or a few drops of rose water (for sensitive skin)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or almond oil (optional, for extra moisture)
Instructions
- In a small clean bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and lemon juice (or rose water) until smooth.
- Add the oil if using, and stir well.
- Wash your face with warm water and pat dry.
- Apply the mixture evenly to your face and neck using clean fingers or a brush.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and finish with a splash of cool water to tighten pores.
- Gently pat dry and follow with your usual moisturizer.
