Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the active dry yeast and warm water. Stir until the yeast dissolves fully.
- Let the mixture sit for about 1-2 minutes for the yeast to activate.
- Optionally, add honey and a drop or two of essential oil for extra hydration and fragrance.
- Apply the mixture to your face (avoiding the eye area) using clean fingers or a brush.
- Leave it on for 3 minutes, allowing the yeast to tighten the skin.
- Gently wash it off with lukewarm water.
- Follow with your usual skincare routine (moisturizer, sunscreen, etc.).
