INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons warm milk (not hot)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra hydration)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for nourishment)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix the active dry yeast and warm milk. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until the yeast activates and becomes foamy.
- Add the honey and olive oil to the mixture, if using, and stir well until combined.
- Apply the mixture evenly to a clean face, avoiding the eye area.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, or until the mask is dry and tightens on the skin.
- Rinse off gently with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
- Follow up with your favorite moisturizer or serum.
Tips:
- Use this mask 1–2 times a week for best results.
- Always do a patch test before applying to your face to ensure no allergic reaction.
