Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 tablespoon milk (preferably whole milk)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water. Stir well to ensure it activates.
- Add the milk, honey, and lemon juice to the mixture and stir again until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes so that the yeast can start to bubble and activate fully.
- Apply the mixture evenly onto your clean, dry face, focusing on areas with visible wrinkles.
- Leave the mask on for 3-5 minutes. You should feel a slight tightening sensation.
- Gently rinse off the mask with lukewarm water.
- Pat your face dry with a soft towel and apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
Note: You can use this mask once a week for the best results.
