Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (or milk)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for moisture)
- A few drops of lemon juice (optional, for brightening)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the active dry yeast with the yogurt until you get a smooth paste.
- Add honey and lemon juice if using, and mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin (avoid eyes and lips).
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, or until it starts to feel tight and slightly dry.
- Rinse off with warm water and pat your face dry.
- Follow up with a gentle moisturizer.
