Yeast Face Mask for Nourished and Firmer Skin

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (or milk)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for moisture)
  • A few drops of lemon juice (optional, for brightening)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the active dry yeast with the yogurt until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice if using, and mix well.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
  4. Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin (avoid eyes and lips).
  5. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, or until it starts to feel tight and slightly dry.
  6. Rinse off with warm water and pat your face dry.
  7. Follow up with a gentle moisturizer.
