- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a loaf or divide it into rolls.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or loaf pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Tip:
If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by mixing:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
