Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Shape the dough into a loaf or divide it into rolls.
  5. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Tip:
If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by mixing:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
