🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 large cabbage head
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup water or broth

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place it in boiling water.
- Boil for 5–7 minutes until leaves become soft. Remove and let cool.
- Gently separate the cabbage leaves and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each cabbage leaf.
